1.  Having cold and raw foods:

If your digestive fire is not working at its best, it is better to avoid raw and cold foods. If you are having cold and raw foods despite the weak digestive fire, this will cause indigestion and irregular bowel. 

2.  Excess water with meals:

When you are having your meals, you should not drink too much water because this can dilute the food’s nutritional density. Therefore, you should drink less water or drink half an hour before or after your meals. 

3.  Irregular diet habits:

It is better to always have your meals on time and avoid overeating. If you are not having your meals on time, skipping your meals, eating right before you go to sleep, and not doing exercise, then all these factors slow down your digestive fire. 

4.  Not feeling hungry?:

If you are not feeling, that means your body does not want to digest more food because the digestive fire is slow and your food might not get digested properly. So, even if you are having healthy foods, this can result in toxins. 

5.  Indigestion:

If you are suffering from indigestion then, you need to take a break and stop having heavy foods and try to consume fluids and foods that help to treat your indigestion and light on the stomach.

6.  Stress:

When a person is under stress, it is difficult for them to eat anything. Mostly, you don’t like to have anything when you are under stress. Therefore, in these situations, you should take proper rest, so that your digest mode is able to assimilate efficiently.
