1.      One glass of ajwain water:

To prepare this liquid you need to add one teaspoon of carom seeds in one litre of boiled water and then let it simmer for three to four minutes more. After this, the water will turn golden and then you can turn off the flames. Then, you need to strain the liquid and let it cool down. You can store the water in a bottle and have it all day. This ajwain water helps to improve metabolism and improve the digestion process as well. This will help to burn more calories compared to a person with a slow metabolism. Also, when the digestion process is smooth, this prevents you from flatulence and improves your metabolism. 

2.      Honey and ajwain water:

As we all know, honey is an excellent source of antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and amino acids. And therefore adding honey to your ajwain water will help to regulate your metabolism and to reduce your hunger. Yes, honey has some properties that help to reduce hunger. You just need to add 25 grams of honey in 250 ml water and leave this liquid overnight. And the next day you need to strain the liquid and mix one tablespoon of honey in it and drink this on an empty stomach. This is great to lose body weight within a period of two weeks. Just make sure you keep a check on the quantity of the ingredients else this will lead to health problems.

3.      Only ajwain seeds:

It might not taste good but you can eat ajwain seeds in a raw form on an empty stomach. Just make sure that you maintain a gap of a minimum of one hour before you have your breakfast. Carom seeds are great for your digestion because carom seeds release digestive juices which help to improve the digestion process. 

4.      Carom seed powder:

You can also prepare a mixed spice powder of carom seeds. And for this, you need an equal quantity of cinnamon, ajwain, fennel and kalonji seeds. Then, mix all these ingredients to get a powdered form of these spices. Store this spice powder in a jar and you can mix a teaspoon of this powder in a glass of water and sip it while having your meals. You can do this twice a day to enhance the digestion process and to lose excess weight.
