This is one of the most popular and delicious drinks during summers. Many people serve it as the first thing to reduce the excess body heat and fatigue during summers. This drink is like an instant booster of energy and gives a cooling and refreshing effect.

This drink is super simple and there is no complex ingredient you just need to squeeze half a lemon (medium size) in a glass of water and add jaggery powder or sugar as per your choice, mix it well and your lemon water drink is ready.

But, if you really want to enhance the taste of lemonade, then you need to add a few more ingredients like black salt, mint leaves (finely chopped), a little amount of sparkle water (not compulsory) and your delicious lemonade is ready.
